Bank of Queensland in Australia where looking to give their bank a friendly face. The campaign included a huge amount of both off and online work. Once the characters were established they appeared everywhere in branches throughout the country. The adverts all had the same gentle and conversational delivery of lines to accompany the friendly visuals which made them great fun to work on. The important part here was to develop an appealing world that BOQ agreed conveyed the gentleness and simplisticy of their approach to banking.
